About

Lin is an artist and art educator specialising in painting, sculpture and clay modelling. She studied Visual Arts at Emerson College and completed her MA in Art Education at Goldsmiths.

Alongside teaching, she develops product and design projects while continuing her personal practice in life drawing and sketching, which she sees as a way to sharpen observation and deepen sensitivity.

Believing that “hands are our second brain,” Lin encourages creativity and mindfulness through workshops in schools, community groups and cultural organisations.

Her work explores the relationship between materials, body and environment, aiming to use art as a tool for calmness, resilience and connection in today’s digital world.
